Meet The Team

Stephanie Burt - Acquisition Specialist / Realtor

Stephanie Burt was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan before attending DePaul University in Chicago, where she graduated with a degree in Political Science. News America Marketing in Chicago and New York is where Stephanie began her career in marketing that spans more than twenty years. Also on her impressive list of employers are ADVO Marketing and EURO RSCG promotions in Chicago and SNELL Medical Communications in Quebec, Canada, where she honed and mastered her skills in sales, marketing and presentation.

In 2006, Stephanie relocated to Georgia and settled in the Lake Spivey area. Drawn to the real estate industry, she joined the Keller Williams Real Estate team and began putting her talents to work. Since then, she has consistently been named to the top ten percent producers in her office of more than 120 agents. She has also earned a spot in the Board of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence (formerly Million Dollar Club) every year since 2010.

Today, Stephanie is a Real Estate Investment Consultant with YesiBuy, specializing in property acquisitions for the company's house-flipping business. As an Acquisition Specialist, she identifies and evaluates potential properties, and crafts strategic renovation plans to maximize each home's marketability and return on investment. Her expertise ensures that every flip aligns with market demands while enhancing the property's value and appeal.

Joe Watkins - Investor Consultant/Broker

Joe's experience is as vast in real estate as his entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from college, he started a cleaning company. Soon it would lead him. back to the company he worked for in high school, Chick-fil-A. His time with Chick-fil-A totaled 15 years, the final six years were as a Owner/Operator. During his tenure, he led a team of over 50 people achieving top-of-the-chain customer satisfaction and quality results. After dabbling and successfully profiting on several real estate deals, Joe decided to resign from Chick-fil-A to pursue his dream of buying and selling homes full-time.

The foreclosure crisis created the deal climate for Joe to do just that. Since 2006, he has bought and sold over 450 homes in the Metro Atlanta area and is still an active investor. After a couple of years, the need for in-house, investor managed property management became crucial. Bravo Group was born in 2008. Today, Joe is the Broker of YesiRealty and owner of YesiBuy, our full-service company offering his expertise and advice to clients, staff and agents on investor purchase and sales, property management, new construction, and traditional real estate.
